REFUND POLICY

Payments are refundable:

(1) If canceled more than one week before the delivery or pickup date, payments will be refunded in full with no questions asked.

(2) If canceled within one week from the delivery or pickup date, payments will incur 25% of the total bill (before discount, if applicable) as a transaction fee, purchase of ingredients/supplies/raw materials, and loss of an opportunity to cater to other customers due to a reserved slot.

Please note that our operation is small. We bake our products on demand and buy our ingredients weekly to keep them fresh.

Whenever you order from us and send payments, you automatically ask us to purchase the ingredients, supplies, and raw materials, then block a baking slot for your order. Thus, we lose the opportunity to cater to other clients when you cancel.
